In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, Bikesportz Pty. Ltd and Cambak Pty. Ltd. use a ticket system for all stock and warranty returns. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. If you need to return goods, please label the box with the TN number so we know what it is whan it arrives at our warehouse. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
